Outdoor Gym / Fitness Equipment – Certified to TUV 55012:2010

in the absence of a relevant European standard to incorporate these products, TUV have developed and issued a test standard that combines a number of existing European Standards. This test standard is TUV standard PPP55012:2010 Training Equipment Placed in Public Spaces. Many aspects of EN957, (Stationary training equipment. General safety requirements and test methods) and EN1176, (Playground equipment. General safety requirements and test methods), have been considered during the design process including sections relevant to limb and toggle traps, rounded edges, and stress loading. Many items within the Caloo range have been tested and found compliant by TUV to test standard 55012:2010. Caloo equipment has also been inspected by independent RPII accredited inspectors, who have inspected to the principals of EN1176 and provided ‘low risk’ reports for our clients.
