You can use the Parallel Workout Bars for a variety of calisthenics training options. Aimed at building upper body strength the bars can be used for tricep dips, push ups, v-seats and pull ups.
If you are more advanced with calisthenics or gymnastics the bars can also be used for handstands or body lifts.
The bars help build upper body muscles while developing flexibility.
