The Leg Press is suitable for all abilities. This gym unit strengthens and builds the thigh, hip and buttock muscles while improving balance and flexibility.
Once seated with your legs on the rests, just push away from the center frame, repeat this pushing leg motion to strengthen these muscles for a great workout.
This offers a very similar workout to the traditional squat but alleviates stress on the knee joints.
