CW-05 - Cross Rider Duo
The Cross Rider Duo is the perfect gym unit to workout with your friend as you can exercise opposite each other. This unit offers a full body cardio workout - using the arms and legs simultaneously. Aimed at all ages, is perfect for trimming up and maintaining a healthy body and figure.
Simply step onto the unit and move your legs backwards and forwards simultaneously. This also helps improve your balance and co-ordination.
