Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gyms and Surfacing for Every Scheme

Every product below is designed, supplied and installed in-house to the highest safety standards. Explore the categories most specified by architects.

Timber swing set with basket swing, standard swings, and toddler seat in a grassy park.

Playground Equipment

Swings, slides, climbing frames, trim trails, roundabouts and imaginative play features for every age group. Because we manufacture and supply such a broad range, you can specify a complete play offer from a single playground equipment supplier, with consistent materials, finishes and technical documentation across the whole scheme. Themed playground equipment is available where a development calls for a distinctive identity.

Multiplay Units

Tower-and-deck systems in steel, timber and robinia that combine climbing, sliding and imaginative play in one compact footprint. For architects, multiplay units deliver maximum play value where space is tight, and act as a striking focal point that anchors a play area within a wider landscape design.

Outdoor Gym Equipment

Individual gym units, hydraulic and accessible equipment, calisthenics rigs and complete fitness zones. Outdoor gyms broaden a scheme’s appeal beyond children, helping you meet planning expectations for health and wellbeing provision and create genuinely all-ages community spaces.

MUGAs

All-weather multi-use games areas with sports markings, rebound fencing, goal ends and optional floodlighting. MUGAs give a masterplan year-round formal sports provision in a defined, durable footprint, and are frequently specified to satisfy NEAP and open space requirements on larger developments.

Skate Park Equipment

Durable ramps, rails and complete skate park bundles for wheeled sports zones. Skate provision is one of the most requested facilities among older children and teenagers, helping architects design spaces that serve the age groups traditional play areas often miss.

Youth Shelter by skate park

Outdoor Shelters & Furniture

Shelters, seating, picnic benches, bins and cycle storage that complete the public realm. Furniture turns a play area into a destination where families stay longer, and specifying it alongside the equipment keeps materials and finishes consistent across the whole space.

Safety Surfacing

Wetpour, rubber mulch, rubber grass mats, artificial grass, resin bound gravel, SUDs bond and surface markings. Playground surfacing is one of the most important specification decisions on any scheme: the playground surface material must meet BS EN 1177 critical fall height requirements in play zones while delivering the colours, textures and drainage performance your design demands. We advise on the right build-up for every area, from pathways to fitness zones.

Proven Success Stories

Case Studies

See how we have transformed parks and play areas for parish councils and communities across the UK.

Get Funding

Play and fitness provision rarely has to be funded from a single budget. On residential schemes, examples of options include Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Public projects can draw on local authority capital budgets, parish and town council precepts, National Lottery funding and grant bodies such as Sport England. We help architects and their clients identify the right funding streams, and provide the costed proposals, drawings and supporting documentation that applications need.

The Benefits of Playgrounds and Outdoor Gyms

Investing in play and outdoor fitness delivers measurable value for the people who use a space and the communities around it.

More Active Children

Well-designed playgrounds get children moving every day, building strength, coordination and cardiovascular fitness through climbing, swinging and running rather than structured exercise.

Stronger Communities

Play areas, outdoor gyms and MUGAs become natural meeting points where neighbours connect, from parents chatting at the swings to fitness groups training together in the park.

Development Through Play

Imaginative and challenging play builds confidence, problem-solving, risk judgement and social skills, supporting cognitive and emotional development alongside the physical benefits.

Inclusive Spaces

Accessible playground design means wheelchair-accessible roundabouts, sensory panels and inclusive gym units that let children and adults of all abilities play and train side by side.

Added Value for Developments

High-quality play and fitness provision makes developments more attractive to buyers and residents, satisfies planning obligations and adds long-term value to the surrounding neighbourhood.
