The Site:
Selborne Primary School were looking to install a fitness zone for pupils to use outside. This was to be installed on the existing playground/playing field.
The Brief:
The client indicated they were interested in Outdoor Gym Equipment and were looking for a small size area to develop which would benefit the maximum users. Caloo worked with the client to maximise their budget and chose five great units which were suitable for Primary School use.

• Wet Pour Surfacing
The Challenges:
The installation of this site was fairly straight forward, being a wide open level space. Working within a school meant the students could have access. Protective fencing was installed to allow the team to work safely in the designated area, this also helped limited access and protect the children while the works were completed.
The Outcome:
The project was a success and the gym has provided a great place for children to exercise and has even been built into lesson plans for KS2 and KS3. The wet pour safety surfacing blends the gym into the existing grass surface.
