This set of three Beams allows the user to improve balance and coordination, as well as offering a platform for stepping exercises.

Users can walk along, jump over, or even hop along each beam to provide a cardiovascular workout, which is great for your legs and pelvis.

The bars can also be used for push ups or dips to develop muscle strength and toning in the arms.
