CW-32 - Rower

Like the indoor rowing machine this unit gives the user a full body cardio workout outside. Using the arms and legs simultaneously to complete a rowing action the unit will target the arms, legs and core muscles.

The user needs to sit on the seat, hold onto the handles and pull back to extend the body and then pull back into starting position and repeat.  Perfect for a cardiovascular workout.
